Juan 21/08/2024: allow to change the vertical grid at PREP_REAL with a MESONH file as an input (e.g. a precursor simulation). WARNING, use only 1 PROC if the number of levels are increased with respect to the first vertical grid works with multi-proc if the number of levels are less than the first vertical grid
