Add plane wave excitation

To be implemented as part of the Port class.

Three types of settings:

Polarization: Several options (linear, circular and elliptical), each of them with different parameters.
Propagation normal and Efield vector
Decoupling plane

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
