Add CPP keys on individual schemes for accelerating compilation

For some Méso-NH users that do not need coupling to some specific modules such as : forefire, wind-turbine, chemistry, and so on; the compilation of the model could be accelerated by using CPP keys.

Schemes that could be separated :

• forefire ?

• chemistry ?

• wind-turbines ?

• ?

• Add CPP-keys around ONLY the main routine call of the scheme

• By default, all keys are activated (all schemes are compiled) ==> only for users that want faster compilation and do not need specific schemes turn off the compilation of theses schemes.
