FOREFIRE with MNH_REAL=4

FOREFIRE is not ready to use in single precision. A workaround has been done temporarly to compile MesoNH in REAL32bits with MNH_FOREFIRE suppressed in recent commits.

One's may need to adapt FOREFIRE if running in single precision is wished. @jean.baptiste.filippi ?
