Remove more LIMA files from arome/micro

Suppression of old packing code in sedimentation_split
Suppression of sedimentation_split_momentum

Add a wrapper called twice in rain_ice instead of code duplication
Put ZLBDAS computation inside sedimentation_stat
Rewrite sedimentations to use only one horizontal dimension

Linear and bilinear interpolations of rain_ice are put in a subroutine
The LPACK_INTERP switch allows to choose or not to pack arrays before the inerpolations.
