Linear and bilinear interpolations of rain_ice are put in a subroutine
The LPACK_INTERP switch allows to choose or not to pack arrays before the inerpolations.

MODD_CONF can not yet be removed because used in gradients_* version used by hor. turb (not yet GPU adapted)
