Philippe 29/03/2018: problem correction in Rules for gfortran: do not replace AINT by INT (AINT is for reals, INT for integers)
This was the origin of problems with management of XUNDEF in SURFEX
because XUNDEF can not be represented by a standard integer

* always set MNH_REAL (8 by default)
* MNH_REAL has to be set to 4 or 8 (and not R4 or R8)
* XYZ is slightly modified to contain ...-ARCH-RxIy-...
* pass MNH_REAL to pre-processing
* replace MNH_REALS by MNH_REAL

* HDF5 1.8.9 -> 1.8.20
* netCDF 4.1.3 -> 4.5.0
* netCDF-fortran 4.1.3 -> 4.4.4
* added libaec 0.3.2 (equivalent to szlib but without licence problems)

Philippe 08/07/2016: it is now possible to compile the bin_tools directly with MESONH using the MNH_TOOLS key.
For the moment, only LFI2CDF is available. The executable are linked to bin_tools/

Philippe 25/03/2016: add kind=IDCDF_KIND for NetCDF integers (necessary to use NetCDF with 32-bit integers even when MNH_INT=8) + adaptation of the make rules
