Valery M. 08/12/2023: add new option NRAD_AGG to compute radiation only on an average column of size (NRAD_AGG^2 points). It reduces by NRAD_AGG^2 the cost of the radiation calls but is not yet fully optimized when the number of inner domain by cores are lower than 20x20 columns
