Quentin 07/08/2024: HPC test cases multiple adaptation for 571:

- CSEG length now  more than 5 characters allowed: adapt plot and pre-steps link and file names
- BACKUP files at time=0 not possible any more
- fix some variables name to plot (the ending 'T' is removed)
