- add ifdef SFX_ARO for the use of faieno.h in mode_write_surf_fa.F90
- MPI_PRECISION replaced by MNHREAL_MPI and module changed to MODD_PRECISION in mode_read_conf_proj.F90
- add OFFLIN/modd_const_atmF.90 (for mode_tartes), mode_dates (for irrigation_trigger), modd_io_surf_lfi for (mode_read_surf_fa)
- add TOPD/mode_soil_pert (for init_veg_pgdn), mode_random_pert (for mode_soil_pert), modd_coupling_topd for LPERT_PARAM in init_veg_pgdn
- Add AT argument in init_ground_param.f90
- remove PIMPWET and PIMPDRY in argument of init_surf_atmn.F90 (because never used).

FIXME
- in Spartacus sources, parkind1.f90 exists which is a modified version of the parkind1.f90 already used in src/LIB/RAD/ECMWF_RAD : to merge correctly
- in coupling_surf_atm : PIMPWET and PIMPDRY was added as argument by CEN (commit march/april 2018) : are these variables only for offline mode ? For now : only 0 are sent.
- Compilation problem for the use of ASSOCIATE() and END ASSOCIATE statement in surface_cdch_1darp.f90). For now, the use of this routine is commented in drag.90, drag_meb, ice_sea_flux, isba_snow_agr, preps_for_meb_drag, urban_exch_coef and water_flux.F90
