Quentin 07/08/2024: clarify test cases CHARMEX with/without MEGAN. Reunion_DMS is from the BIOMAIDO campagain. The old MEGAN/EUROPE cases is from CHARMEX but with MEGAN activated

- CSEG length now  more than 5 characters allowed: adapt plot and pre-steps link and file names
- BACKUP files at time=0 not possible any more
- fix some variables name to plot (the ending 'T' is removed)

Philippe 20/03/2024: adapt namelist to use backup frequencies and ensure backup times are multiple of timestep

Quentin 17/01/2024: add first continuous integration scripts from PHYEX repo, the /docs folder is only to display the results on github page. Do not move this folder

Move build directory for OASIS from LIB to dir_obj, modify current simulation time output and improve coupling ktest directory

- PanelPlot: add legendSize for XY_lines
- missing Ticks label handlers
- bug : get_data_only was always True and did not work : missing value to NaN converted the data to masked_array

change in names of parameters :
- vectors: change Lcbarlabel to Llegendlabel + change in all KTEST namelists of the PACK
