Quentin 08/08/2024: add new KTEST PANAME 3 sub-domains with TEB/SURFEX options from SURFEX v9 in replace of the old test case PARIS_GARDEN

Quentin 07/08/2024: clarify test cases CHARMEX with/without MEGAN. Reunion_DMS is from the BIOMAIDO campagain. The old MEGAN/EUROPE cases is from CHARMEX but with MEGAN activated

- CSEG length now  more than 5 characters allowed: adapt plot and pre-steps link and file names
- BACKUP files at time=0 not possible any more
- fix some variables name to plot (the ending 'T' is removed)

Quentin 15/01/2024: add missing 3DRelief test cases + remove LFI read/write from integration test cases to save disk space
