+ minor change of namelist for 014_LIMA (should correct the save/quit-no-change bug)

Philippe 13/12/2023: downgrade HDF5 from 1.14.3 to 1.14.2 to workaround a known bug (to be corrected in future version 1.14.4)

Valery M. 08/12/2023: add new option NRAD_AGG to compute radiation only on an average column of size (NRAD_AGG^2 points).
It reduces by NRAD_AGG^2 the cost of the radiation calls but is not yet fully optimized when the number of inner domain by cores are lower than 20x20 columns
