Quentin 22/08/2023: bugfix SSO_DIR reading from PREP_PGD + PREP_IDEAL_CASE : prep_ideal calls init_pgd_surf_atm twice. In v9.0, XSSO_DIR now allocated at read_pgd_isban. At the second call of init_pgd_surf_atm>init_surf_atm, XSSO_DIR is already associated on nature points and then is not re-allocated at the full size of the domain as expected
